Return & Refund Policy

Japan Parts (operated by Asian Automotive Ltd.) offers returns and refunds as described below. By placing an order on japanparts.com.bd, you agree to this policy.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with tags and original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will tell you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the refund in your account.

If more than 15 working days have passed since approval, contact [email protected].

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting [email protected] as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The return policy above will apply instead.

Custom orders, special orders, and some opened consumable items may not be cancellable. If a product cannot be cancelled or refunded, this will be stated on the product page or before purchase.

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.

The following are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalised products
• Opened consumables where hygiene or safety applies
• Final sale items
• Gift cards

If a specific product is not eligible for return or refund, that will be shown on the product page or communicated before you buy.

To exchange an item, return the original product under this policy. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Delivery time

• Inside Dhaka: up to 5 working days from order confirmation
• Outside Dhaka: up to 10 working days from order confirmation

Delivery may take longer during holidays, bad weather, or courier delays.
